At Vase Creation, every preparation is formulated and manufactured in our own GMP-certified facility to the highest standard of quality. We stand behind every product that leaves our laboratory.
We understand that issues may occasionally occur. This policy explains when and how we will make it right.
What We Accept Returns For
We accept return and refund requests in the following circumstances:
The item you received is defective or damaged
The item you received is not as described on our website
You received the wrong item in your order
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, opened products, or used personal care preparations. This applies to all orders regardless of quantity or order value.
Your Return Window
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if your item is defective, damaged, incorrectly sent, or not as described. Requests submitted after 30 days of the delivery date cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Include your Order ID in the subject line
Describe the issue clearly — defective, damaged, wrong item, or not as described
Attach clear photographs of the item and its packaging
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow an additional 2 to 5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
If your item is eligible for return, you may request an exchange for the same item or an item of equal value. Replacement items will be dispatched once your original item is returned and inspected.
Return Shipping
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent items, Vase Creation will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage upon request.
For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Opened or used personal care preparations
Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)
Gift cards
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items without proof of purchase
