Free Shipping
We currently offer Free Shipping Program for eligible orders in select regions:
- Malaysia (West Malaysia only): Free shipping on orders above RM100
- Singapore: Free shipping on orders above SGD60
- Hong Kong: Free shipping on orders above HKD800
Free shipping is calculated after discounts and promotions. Applies only to purchases made through vasecreation.com or our official Vase Creation channels.
Processing & Delivery
- Ready Stock: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from our warehouse.
- Pre-Orders: Please contact us for estimated delivery timelines.
- Weekends & Public Holidays: Orders placed on Friday–Sunday or during public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Bulk or export orders may require additional processing time. Please reach out to us directly for details.
International Shipping
We offer global delivery. Shipping fees and timelines vary depending on your country and will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
